Artepollino

Video content creation and mixed media production for ArtePollino, a cultural association bringing contemporary art in Southern Italy.
ArtePollino was established in 2008 in order to promote cultural growth in the Pollino National Park, fostering every kind of artistic expression, mostly contemporary.

DOC online

A collection of projects built with the company DOConline, where I used to work for more than ten years. The projects include branding, motion graphics and interactive design for musea, exhibits and digital media.

TEDx Potenza Ponti e Passaggi

“Ponti e passaggi” (bridges and openings) is the theme of the second edition of the TEDx Potenza talk. The event has the goal to increase awareness on the precarious conditions of the Musmeci bridge, a truly unique architectural and engineering masterpiece, usually referred to as a symbol of the city.
The brand identity is a full hommage to this monument. The event logo represents an “X” that bends just like the bridge, and it’s supported by several animated illustrations that depict this masterpiece from every angle.

Bring Up

A series of projects curated with BringUp, a startup that I was part of between 2015 and 2018. The projects include visual identities, web design and motion graphics works for several clients.

TEDx Potenza #beautifullyugly

Potenza is usually considered a term of comparison for ugliness, in Italy. This is because a massive amount of concrete was used to build the houses, in order to protect them from earthquakes. The event was created just get over this cliché and make its citizens realise that there’s much more to it.
The visual identity is a tribute to some of the icon buildings of the city, with the intention of making them graphically uniform and modular. This way each drawing can keep its dignity as individual while also being able to join the others, in order to create unique configurations and represent the city in a personalised way.

MINT nature museum

In the Agri valley, the ancient popular traditions are deeply linked to the surrounding landscapes and geological system. The Nature and Traditions Interactive Museum of San Martino d’Agri was created with the aim of presenting this link to the public. The same intention was adopted in the study of visual identity, declined in the museum panels, in the interactive applications, in the videos and in the projections created.

Astrodomus

The Astrodomus museum itinerary, set up in the premises of the former town hall of Castelgrande, is entirely dedicated to astronomy. It consists of an exhibition area, an educational laboratory and a detached section in the observatory of Castelgrande: the “Toppo”.
